Wedding Rings

 

Create unique and personal rings that suit both of you and that you'll love forever! The custom wedding band design and making service involves three key stages: Design, making and adjustments, and finishing (Get in touch to find out more).

 

1. Design

This is the creative and fun part. Through getting to know you, I can help you come up with your perfect rings. If you already have something in mind, that's great, but worry not if you don't. Through exploring your loves and passions and your tastes in art, architecture or jewellery design, for example, we'll come to a concept. From there I'll work up a design and work with you so you are both happy with the final proposal. At this stage we'll also carry out sizing. 

2. Making and adjustments

This stage is where I get going by carving the rings in wax, at which point you can visualise and even try on the design. This will give you a really good idea of what you'll be getting, while allowing for any adjustments in size or design before anything is committed to metal. Once you're happy, the rings will be cast in silver. This has two advantages, firstly the final finish and design can be viewed in metal, and secondly it means you will have a silver master and mould so should you ever lose your ring a new exact copy can easily be made.

3. Finishing

This is where the final rings are made in the metal of your choice, hallmarked and the final fitting happens. This is when you will be ready for the big day!
